NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR YOUTH ATHLETES & COLON CANCER AWARENESS

Rob Grim Memorial Athletic Foundation is a newly formed non-profit organization raising colon cancer awareness and helping underserved young athletes in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Rob Grim was an active sportsperson from youth thru his college days, and he has made noteworthy contributions to youth sports in the community. He lost his battle with colon cancer in 2021, and his family members created the foundation in his memory to continue his efforts.
Our Commitment
At RGMAF, we are committed to supporting youth in need by providing resources to participate in athletics. From Rob’s situation we understand that early screening for colon cancer brings better chances of recovery. That’s why we raise awareness for early screening for the disease. It would have saved Rob’s life.
Accomplishments
- Collected and distributed over $80,000 in used sports equipment back into the community to give more youth the opportunity to participate in athletics.
- Established the Annual “Blue Out” series at Henderson High School to drive awareness around the importance of getting screened for colon cancer.
- Awarded first annual Rob Grim Athletic Scholarship to a Henderson Student Athlete to assist in continuing their education
